Qigong is a very gentle light flowing movements that involves with deep breathing rhythms and visualization techniques to enhance the flow of our Qi; which is our energy that feeds our thoughts, emotions, and movements. It is a very good healing tool that can be used to prevent and cure some diseases from hypertention to some cancer, only you can see for yourself. It has been known to enhance immunity, energy, aerobics endurance, healthier heart, greater resilience to stress, and living healthier longer by taking better control of our own health.
